Patalganga Rasoi was founded in 2021 by Chef Suresh Patil, a culinary veteran with over 20 years of experience in regional Maharashtrian kitchens. Nestled near the historic Patalganga River and serving the vibrant local community as well as workers in the MIDC industrial area, our kitchen was born from a simple mission: to preserve and share the rich, authentic, stone-ground culinary traditions of rural Maharashtra and North India. Every spice blend we use is ground by hand in-house, and our vegetables and dairy are sourced daily from local farmers in the Patalganga Mandi. Whether you are grabbing a quick lunch during your factory break or sitting down with family for a weekend feast, we treat you like guests in our own home.
We believe that food is not just nourishment — it is an emotional connection. The name "Patalganga" represents our roots, our home, and our promise to deliver the highest quality. We take pride in providing a clean, welcoming environment for MIDC executives, local villagers, and highway travelers alike.

Stone-Ground Authenticity
We do not believe in processed pre-mixes. Our masalas, from Malvani to Goda, are hand-roasted and ground weekly to retain maximum flavour.
Locally Sourced Ingredients
Our greens, grains, and meats are procured fresh every morning from local Patalganga growers, supporting our local agriculture.
Cleanliness & Care
We maintain a 5-star standard of hygiene in our kitchen. Quality checks are run daily on water, ingredients, and cooking oils.
